Over the years, prosperous merchants and distinguished local families gradually transformed VILLA KREMS into an elegant townhouse. At the heart of the building stands its integrated medieval tower, whose 1.7-metre-thick walls have proudly supported the house for hundreds of years.
In 2024, VILLA KREMS was carefully renovated with great attention to detail. The result is a harmonious blend of history and contemporary comfort, allowing guests to experience the unique atmosphere of centuries-old walls while enjoying all the conveniences of modern living.

Here, history, fine food, exceptional wine, and beautiful landscapes come together to create a sense of ease that simply has to be experienced.
We’ve explored the city’s museums and cultural highlights, wandered through its charming narrow streets, and spent countless enjoyable evenings eating, laughing, and relaxing in the traditional Austrian wine taverns known as Heurigen. We’ve also personally tasted the wines from the wineries we recommend.
